Coaching Leadership Great leaders are more than managers — they coach. This workshop teaches you and your team the skills of coaching leadership: asking better questions, creating ownership, and unlocking the potential of the people around you. Available as a 3 x 1day workshop spread over 6 weeks so you are able to practice coaching leadership, collect feedback and improve.
