Executive Advisor intake

This is where most of our clients start. You are a leader who is aware that you need to grow your leadership because "what got you here won't get you there". During an intake we explore where you want to go, where you are now and how our Executive Advisor services will enable you to get there. Our Executive Advisor services are usually 6 months periods with a structured approach and a mix of on-site, off-site and online sessions.

Leadership Assessment

Take one of our leadership assessments to find out more where you are as a leader, what your personality type is, your strong points and your development points. Our assessments often provide refreshing or even surprising insights into your leadership behaviour, and how it could get in the way of your future success.

Workshops

Are you in need of an inspiring 1-3 day workshop for yourself or your executive team? we provide strategy workshops, behavioural workshops, performance workshops. Fit to your company's goals and the needs of your Executive Team. Held in the Netherlands or in sunny Spain.
